Today I will do my description in english, because I’m going to introduce you my turkish italian wedding. Güliz and Marcos wedding was one of my spirited weddings – and I loved it. We planned some photo breaks, but there was no time for a break. One lovely moment chased the other. There was so much love in the air! No seperation between family and friends, they were one!
After the emotional marriage ceremony we went in front of the Standesamt Düsseldorf to do a little champagne reception. Caroline, witness of Güliz, translator and certainly close friend of Güliz und Marco, created a little funny moment – she lost the „V“. For some minutes we thought about the new combination of „L“, „O“ and „E“. But the „V“ got rescued.
For the couple shoot we went to Schloss Benrath.
I never had such a relaxed shoot in board daylight. Güliz took out here shoes, Marco played a song and we all started to dance. Normally I tell my couples to do the shots in the afternoon or the early evening, while everybody is eating, but this time the time and location were perfect.
The party settled at Bootshaus Düsseldorf. For me it was the perfect location for Güliz and Marcos wedding. Even today, two weeks after the wedding, I couldn’t imagine a better place for all the love and happiness.
Güliz and Marco, I have to say thank you. Thanks for your trust in me and thanks for the lovely day. At the end of the evening Marco said: „When someone asked me who you are, I always said: This is Nina – only Nina. Not our photographer.“ And I really felt that way. Thank you for being part of your big day. I loved to make the special moments last!
